James Hardy Attorney Connecticut showcases association qualifications

Lawyer James Hardy Attorney Connecticut outlines his professional affiliations and leading legal association qualifications.

Ranging from the Federal Bar Association to the American Trial Lawyers Association, James Hardy Attorney Connecticut boasts a number of prestigious association affiliations and qualifications. Showcasing these and other pieces of professional recognition, Hardy provides a closer look at life as a leading lawyer.

“I’m a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Bar Association alike,” reveals James Hardy Attorney Connecticut, speaking from his office in the Fairfield County town of Stratford. “I’m also a member of the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Association,” adds the popular Connecticut-based legal professional.

The Federal Bar Association is, according to James Hardy Attorney Connecticut, the country’s leading voluntary professional organization for lawyers—both private and government—as well as judges practicing and sitting in the nation’s federal courts.

The American Trial Lawyers Association, also known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Association for Justice, meanwhile, is a lobbying and advocacy organization for U.S. plaintiff lawyers, James Hardy Attorney Connecticut goes on to explain. “The nonprofit association’s mission,” Hardy reveals, “is to promote a fair and effective justice system across the nation.”

The third of James Hardy Attorney Connecticut‘s association qualifications relate to the National Bar Association. Founded in 1925, today, the National Bar Association represents the interests of more than 60,000 U.S. lawyers, law students, law professors, and judges, Fairfield County-based Hardy reports.

Elsewhere, James Hardy Attorney Connecticut is also closely affiliated with the American Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Association. Established over 140 years ago, the American Bar Association is a voluntary network of lawyers and law students. Unlike many other similar organizations, the American Bar Association is not specific to any particular jurisdiction, according to Hardy. “Boasting over 400,000 members, it’s now one of the world’s largest voluntary professional organizations,” adds the attorney and American Bar Association member.

Lastly, James Hardy Attorney Connecticut turns to the American Bankruptcy Association. “Consisting of more than 13,000 insolvency and bankruptcy professionals, including lawyers, law professors, investment bankers, and accountants, the American Bankruptcy Association is also known as the American Bankruptcy Institute,” he explains.

James Hardy Attorney Connecticut is also keen to touch briefly on two prestigious award recommendations received in recognition of his five-star service to clients. “I’ve recently been recommended for a prestigious Avvo Clients’ Choice Award,” reveals the attorney. Avvo, he says, which rates around 97 percent of all U.S. lawyers, was founded by tech-savvy attorney Mark Britton to make legal matters easier to understand for the public, and to help people connect with the right legal professional for them.

In addition to receiving their Clients’ Choice Award recommendation, James Hardy Attorney Connecticut has also been nominated for the corresponding commendation on Lawyers.com. “The web’s leading source of law-focused consumer and small business information, it’s a great accolade to be recommended for awards on both Lawyers.com and Avvo alike,” adds the attorney, wrapping up.
